If we were living in a perfect world, we would not need a cancellation policy, but, well, you get the drift. Basically, what is boils down to is that if you cancel within 7 days of your stay in low season and 14 days in high season, we charge you a night. That sounds fair, no?
Customers must notify Paje Hostal if they plan on cancelling your booking before the planned check in date. We observe a 7 day (or more) cancellation policy during low season and a 14 day policy during high season. Please ensure to check the booking conditions prior to make your reservation because the policy varies depending on seasons.
Customers have to check the cancellation policy carefully because the policy varies depending on the property. For cancellation requests submitted before the cancellation due date, there is a 10 % administration fee and banking charge. Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged. Note that the additional 10 % of administration and banking fee will NOT be charged.
